Multiple calls had to be made in order for them to pick up the car!! I had to be made in order for them to pick up the car!! I had to pay and request a police report, I never got the information from them!! They have done absolutely nothing to recover my deductible. Their hold times are horrendous when you call customer service and they get a zero in customer service too.

If there was a Zero Star, that's what I would give them. Buyer beware!
